Our Classes
You don't need more time. You need the right method.
Class Format and Duration
✔ All classes are 45 minutes long, full body and instructor led
✔ Designed to combine strength training, cardio and core in one efficient session
✔ Each class will be different depending on the instructor, but the basic elements will always be the same. You will work the central core, each leg (including the glutes), the obliques and the upper body
✔ We transition from exercise to exercise as quickly as possible to keep our heart rate elevated and our cardio pace constant
✔ All training is carried out on the Megaformer machine
✔ All of our staff and trainers speak both Portuguese and English. Trainers will teach in Portuguese, English, or both at the same time, tailoring the workout to the clients in each specific class


What to Expect
✔ Small group format - Maximum 8 clients
✔ All classes must be booked in advance, either on our app or on our website
✔ Slow and controlled movements
✔ You’ll feel muscles you never knew existed, but it’s accessible to all levels
✔ Expect to shake, sweat and feel challenged in the best way possible
✔ It's a fully immersive experience, so you stay focused and connected throughout the class. We use headphones designed specifically for exercise, which combine the instructor's voice with the music.
Who is it for?
✔ Beginners are welcome, as modifications are available
✔ Classes are for all levels, with flexible exercises to intensify or ease up. Your trainer will give you the options
✔ Perfect for people with busy schedules, Pilates lovers looking for more intensity, those looking to gain muscle mass, those who want to tone up, and those who want visible results in less time


What to Bring/Wear
✔ Grip socks required (sold in studio if needed)
✔ Wear tight, comfortable workout clothes
✔ Bring a water bottle, a small towel (if desired) and a positive attitude! There is a water machine at the studio, but you must bring your own bottle.
✔ Plan to arrive 15 minutes before class starts (if it's your first time, arrive at least 20 minutes early so we can give you a guided tour and show you how to use the machine)
✔ Make sure to tell the trainer if you have any injuries or body issues before class, so that they can prepare modifications for you if needed
