Some friendly reminders...
Please arrive at the studio early for class. There is a 3-minute grace period for late arrivals, but no client will be allowed into class if they arrive more than 3 minutes after the class start time.
If this is your first class at the studio, please arrive 20 minutes early so we can give you a tour and show you the machine.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so up to 10 hours before class so someone on the waiting list can take your spot. Please be considerate of other clients. If you are unable to attend the class, cancel to release your spot. Any late cancellations or no-shows without notice will result in the loss of your class credit. If you have an emergency within the 10-hour window, please call or send a WhatsApp message to the studio.
Grip socks are REQUIRED for class. If you don't have them, you can purchase them at the studio.
