The History of Lagree

The Lagree Method was created by fitness visionary Sebastien Lagree, a French bodybuilder who taught Pilates in Los Angeles. He noticed that many of his clients were heading straight to the gym after his class, and when asked why, they said they loved Pilates, but still felt the need to do strength training and cardio. Inspired to create a workout that could do all of these things in a single session, Sebastien developed a low-impact, high-intensity, and highly effective method.
